(وإن كانت) الجناية من اللقيط (موجبةً للمال، وله) أي: اللقيط (مال استُوفي) ما وجب بالجناية (منه) أي: من ماله (وإلَّا) بأن لم يكن له مال (كان) ما وجب بالجناية (في ذمته، حتى يُوسِر) كسائر الديون.
