(ويلحق) اللقيطُ (الذِّمِّي) إذا استلحقه (نسبًا) كالمسلم (لا دينًا) لأنه محكوم بإسلامه، فلا يتأثر بدعوى الكافر؛ ولأنه مخالف للظاهر، وفيه إضرار باللقيط.
