(ولا حق له) أي: الذمي (في حَضانته) أي: اللقيط الذي استلحقه؛ لأنه ليس أهلًا لكفالة مسلم، ولا تؤمن فتنته عن الإسلام، ونفقته في بيت المال. (ولا يسلَّم إليه إلا أن يقيم) الذمي
