(بَيِّنةً أنه وُلِدَ على فراشه، فيلحقه دِيْنًا) لثبوت أنه ولد ذميين، كما لو لم يكن لقيطًا (بشرط استمرارِ أبويْه على الحياة والكفر) إلى بلوغه عاقلًا،
