(ويملك الموقوف عليه نفعه) أي: الوقف (و) يملك (صوفه ونحوه) كوبره، وشعره، وبيضه (و) يملك (غَلَّته، وكسبه، ولبنه، وثمرته) يغير خلاف نعلمه؛ لأنه نماء ملكه؛ قاله في "الشرح". فيستوفيه بنفسه، وبالإجارة، والإعارة، ونحوها، إلا أن يعين في الوقف غير ذلك؛ قاله في "المبدع".
