وأن أوصى له بثلثه وقال أن مت قبلي أو رددته فلزيد ومات قبله أو رد فعلى ما شرط.

(وإن أوصى له) أي: لعمرو مثلًا (بثلثه، وقال) الموصي لعمرو: (إن مِتَّ قبلي، أو رددتَه فـ) ـهو (لزيد، ومات) عمرو (قبله) أي: الموصي (أو رَدَّ) الوصية (فعلى ما شَرَط) الموصي، فتكون لزيد عملًا بالشرط.
