(وإن قدم) عمرو (بعد موته) أي: الموصي (فـ) الموصَى به (لزيد) لثبوته له بالموت والقَبول؛ لأنه لم يوجد إذ ذاك ما يمنعه، فلم يؤثر وجود الشرط بعد ذلك، كما لو عَلَّق إنسان عتقًا، أو طلاقًا على شرط، فلم يوجد إلا بعد موته.
