(وإن أجازا) أي: الابنان (لصاحب النصف وحده، فله النصف) لأنه موصى له به، وإنما مُنِع منه في حال الإجازة للمزاحمة (ولصاحب المال تُسْعان) لأنهما ثلثا الثلث.
