(وإن كان معهما) أي: الأم والخال (أخ لأم، فـ) للأم الثلث و (له) أي: الأخ لأم (السدس فرضًا، والباقي تعصيبًا، ويسقط الخال) لأن الابن أقرب من الأخ.
