(أصل ستة، و) أصل (اثني عشر، و) أصل (أربعة وعشرين، وهي التي يجتمع فيها فرضان) فأكثر (من نوعين) أي: في الجملة، وإلا؛ فالسدس وما بقي: من ستة مع أنه لم يجتمع فيها فرضان.
