(فإن بان) المفقود كالابن في المثال (حيًّا يوم موت مورِّثه، فله حَقّه) وهو السبعة عشر الموقوفة في المثال؛ لأنه قد تبيَّن أنها له (والباقي) إن كان (لمستحقِّه) من الورثة.
