(فإن كان معها) أي: مع الأم التي هي أخت (أخت أخرى، لم ترث) الأخت التي هي أم (بكونها أمًّا إلا السدس؛ لأنها انحجبت بنفسها وبالأخرى) لأن الأم تُحجب عن الثلث إلى السدس بأختين وقد وجدتا.
