(ولا يرثون) أي: المجوس ونحوهم (بنكاح المَحَارم) لبطلانه (ولا) يرثون أيضًا (بنكاح لا يُقَرُّون عليه لو أسلموا، كمن تزوَّج مطلقته ثلاثًا) قبل أن تنكح غيره.
