(وإذا اعترف إنسان بأن هذا أبوه، فكاعترافه بأنه ابنه) فيثبت نسبه إن كان مجهول النسب، وصدَّقه المُقَر به (حيث أمكن ذلك) بأن كان المقر بأبوته أكبر من المقر بفوق عشر سنين مع مدة الحمل.
