(و) لو مات إنسان عن بنت وزوج، أو عن بنت ومولىً، فأقرّت البنت بأخ لها، فإنه (يُعتبر) لثبوت نسبه (إقرار الزوج والمولى المعتق إذا كانا من الورثة) كالمثالين، لشمول اسم الورثة لكل منهما.
