فقال: (وإن أقرَّ بعض الورثة) بوارث للميت (فشهد عدلان منهم، أو من غيرهم، أنه ولد الميت) أو أخوه ونحوه (أو) شهدا أنه كان (أقرَّ به في حياته، أو) شهدا أنه (وُلِدَ على فراشه، ثبت نسبه وإرثه) لأن ذلك حقٌّ شهد به عدلان، لا تُهمة فيهما، فثبت بشهادتهما كسائر الحقوق.
