(وإلا) بأن لم يشهد به عدلان (لم يثبت نسبه المُطلَق؛ لأنه إقرار على الغير) فلم يُعمل به (ويثبت نسبه وإرثه من المُقِرِّ فقط؛ لأنه إقرار على نفسه خاصةً) فلزمه كسائر الحقوق.
