(ولو كذب الثاني بالأول، وهو) أي: الأول (مصدِّقٌ به) أي: بالثاني (ثبت نسب الثلاثة) ولا أثر لتكذيب الثاني؛ لأنه لم يكن وارثًا حين إقرار الأول به.
