(وإن أقرَّ بعض الورثة بامرأة للميت) أي: بأنها زوجته (لزمه لها) أي: للزوجة من التَّرِكة (ما يَفْضُل في يده من حصته) كما لو مات رجل عن ابنين، فأقر أحدهما بزوجة للميت، وأنكر الآخر، فلها نصف ثُمن التَّرِكة مما بيد المقر.
