(فإن مات من أنكر) ها من الابنين (فأقرَّ بها ابنه) أي: ابن المنكِر، ولا وارث له غيره (كمل إرثها) فيدفع لها نصف الثُّمن، فيكمل لها الثمن؛ لاعترافه بظلم أبيه لها بإنكارها.
