(وكذا لو قتله بسحر) فلا يرثه؛ لما تقدم (أو سقى ولده ونحوه) ممن في حَجْره (دواء ولو يسيرًا، أو) أدَّبه، أو (فصده، أو حجمه، أو بطَّ سِلْعته لحاجته، فمات) لم يرثه؛ لأنه قاتل، ويأتي ما فيه.
