(ويعتق على موسر ببعضه) أي: ببعض قيمة باقي العبد، أو الأمَة (بقَدْره) أي: بقدر ما هو موسر به فقط، وباقيه رقيق (كما تقدم (٢) ) في من ملك جزءًا من ذي رَحِمه المَحْرَم بنسب
