(وإن كان المعتق موسرًا، ولم يلزم المعتق شيء؛ لأن العتق وُجِدَ منهما معا، فهو كما لو وكَّل الشريكان غيرَهما في إعتاقه، إعتاقه بلفظ واحد (ولَغَتِ القَبْلِيَّةُ) على ما يأتي في: "إن طلقتُكِ، فأنت طالق قبله ثلاثًا".
