(وإن قال) أحد الشريكين في رقيق للآخر: (إذا أعتقت نصيبك، فنصيبي مع نصيبك) حر (أو) قال له: إن أعتقت نصيبك فنصيبي (قبله حر، فأعتق) المقول له (نصيبه، عتق) الرقيق كله (عليهما) معًا
