(وإن مات سيدُه) أي: سيد المُدبَّر المرتد، وهو بدار الحرب (قبل سَبْيِهِ، عَتقَ) حيث خرج من الثلث؛ لموت سيده وهو باق في ملكه، كما لو لم يلحق بدار حرب.
