(ولو كاتبه في الصحة، وأسقط دَيْنه) في مرضه المخوف (أو) كاتبه في الصحة، و (أعتقه في مرضه؛ اعتُبر خروج الأقل من رقبته أو دَينه من الثلث) لأن العتق إبراء والإبراء عتق، فاعتبر أقلهما وأُلغي الآخر
