(ولو وصَّي بعتْقِه) أي: المكاتَب (أو أبرأه) المريض مرض الموت المخوف ونحوه (من الدَّيْن) أي: دين الكتابة (اعتُبر) خروج (أقلِّهما) أي: رقبته أو دينه (من ثلثه) لما تقدم.
