(وكذلك نفقة الزوجة، و) كذلك (صداقها، و) كذلك (كل حق) من قرض، أو قيمة مُتلَف، أو أرش جناية ونحوه (أو عوض في عقد) كثمن مبيع وأجرة ونحوها، إذا حضر بها من هي عليه، وادَّعى مَن هي له أنها حرام أو غصب، لم يجز له قَبولها، ولم يلزمه إن ثبت ذلك بإقرار المدين، أو ببينة.
