(ولو أعتق السيِّدُ الولدَ) أي ولد المُكاتَبة (دونها) أي دون أُمّه (صحَّ عتقه) له؛ نصًّا ؛ لأنه مملوك له كأمّه، وكما لو أعتقه معها.
