(وإذا اشترى المكاتَبُ زوجتَه) انفسخ النكاح (أو اشترت المُكاتَبة زوجَها؛ انفسخ النكاح) لما يأتي من أنه متى ملك أحد الزوجين الآخر، أو بعضه؛ انفسخ النكاح، وملك المُكاتَب صحيح؛ لما تقدم من ملكه لكسبه ومنافعه.
