(وإن استولد) المُكاتَب (أمَته؛ صارت أُم ولد له، وامتنع عليه بيعها) لأن ولدها له حرمة الحرية، ولهذا لا يجوز بيعه، ويعتق بعتق أبيه، أشبه ولد الحر من أَمَته.
