(فإن أدَّى ما كوتب عليه) للذي كاتبه (و) أدَّى (مثله لسيده الآخر) الذي لم يكاتبه (عتق كله؛ إن كان) الذي (كاتبه موسرًا) بقيمة باقيه بالسراية، لا بالكتابة (وعليه قيمة حصة شريكه) لحديث ابن عمر السابق .
