(فإن أعتق الشريك) -الذي لم يُكاتِب- نصيبَهُ منه (قبل أدائه) ما كوتب عليه (عتق كله؛ إن كان) المعتق (موسرًا) بقيمة باقيه (وعليه قيمة نصيب) شريكه (المكاتِب) -بكسر التاء- مُكاتَبًا؛ لعموم ما سبق.
