(وإن أقام العبدُ شاهدًا) بأداء مال الكتابة (وحَلَف معه، أو) أقام (شاهدًا وامرأتين؛ ثبت الأداء) لأن المال يثبت بذلك (وعَتَق) لأنه لم يبقَ عليه شيء من كتابته.
