(وإن اختلفا في وفاء مالِهَا) بأن قال العبد: وَفَّيتُكَ مال الكتابة، وأنكر السيد (فقول سيِّدٍ) بيمينه؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "ولكن اليمين على المُدَّعى عليه".
