فأن وطئها الشريك بعد ذلك وأحبلها لزمه مهرها ولم تصر أم ولد له

(فإن وَطِئها الشريك) الثاني (بعد ذلك) أي: بعد أن أولدها الأول (وأحبلها) الثاني (لزمة) للأول (مهرها) كاملًا؛ لأنه وَطءٌ صادف ملك الغير، فأشبه ما لو وطِئَ أمَة أجنبية (ولم تصر أمَّ ولد له) لأنه ليس مالكًا لها، ولا لشيء منها.
