(وإن ادعت) من مات العاقد عليها (الإذن) لوليها في تزويجها له (فأنكر ورَثتُه) أن تكون أذنت (صُدِّقَت) لأنها تدعي صحة العقد، وهم يدعون فساده، فقُدِّم قولها عليهم؛ لموافقته الظاهر في العقود، وسواء كان ذلك قبل الدخول أو بعده، فيتقرر الصداق وترث منه.
