(ولو بذل الزوج لها) أي: العتيقة (عِوَضًا على أن تختاره) أي: الزوج (جاز) ذلك (نصًّا (٤) ) قال ابن رجب : وهو راجع إلى صحّة إسقاط الخيار بعوض ، وصَرَّح الأصحاب بجوازه في خيار البيع.
