(وإن قال) الرجل لزوجته: (أسلمتِ بعد شهرين من إسلامي، فلا نفقة لك فيهما، فقالت) : بل أسلمتُ (بعد شهر) فلي نفقة الشهر الآخر (فـ) القول (قوله) لأن الأصل براءته مما تدعيه عليه، واستصحابًا للأصل.
