(ولو اتفقا على أنها أسلمت بعده، وقالت: أسلمتُ في العِدّة، وقال: بل) أسلمتِ (بعدها؛ فـ) القول (قوله) لأن الأصل عدم إسلامها في العِدّة (وانفسخ النكاح) مؤاخذةً له بإقراره.
