(وإن قال) الرجل لزوجته - وقد أسلمتْ قبله، ثم أسلم -: (أسلمتُ في عِدَّتك، فالنكاح باقٍ، وقالت: بل) أسلمتَ (بعد انقضائها) فانفسخ النكاح (فـ) القول (قوله) لأن الأصل بقاء النكاح.
