(و) إن طلَّقها الزوج (قبل القبض) للصداق المُسمَّى، سقط عن الزوج نصف المُسمَّى، ويبقى النصف للزوجة، و (يأخذ) الأب (من) النصف (الباقي) لها (ما شاء بشرطه) السابق في باب الهبة .
