(ولو خالعها) الزوج (بنصف صَدَاقها قبل الدُّخول؛ صحّ) ذلك (وصار الصَّداق كله له؛ نصفه) له (بالطلاق) يعني: الخلع ، (ونصفه) له (بالخلع) أي: عوضًا له.
