(وإن خالعها) قبل الدخول (على مثل نصف الصَّداق في ذِمَّتها) وكانت لم تقبض الصَّداق منه (صح) ذلك (وسقط) عنه (جميع الصَّداق؛ نصفه بالطلاق، ونصفه بالمُقاصَّة) حيث وجدت شروطها.
