(وكذا تعليق طلاقها على فِعْلها) فإذا فعلته، وقع وتنصَّف الصداق؛ لأن السبب وُجِدَ من الزوج، وهو الطلاق، وإنما هي حقَّقت شرطه، والحكم إنما يُضاف إلى صاحب السبب.
