(وإن دفع) الزوج (إليها ألفًا، أو) دفع إليها (عَرْضًا (١) ، فقال: دفعته صداقًا، وقالت: هبة؛ فـ) القول (قوله مع يمينه) لأنه أعلم بنيَّته، ومثله النفقة والكسوة
