(وإذا كرَّر العقدَ على صداقين سِرٍّ وعلانية (٣) ) بأن عَقَدَ سرًّا على صداق، وعلانية على صداق آخر (أُخذ بالزائد) سواء كان صداق السر أو العلانية؛ للحوق الزيادة بالصَّداق بعد العقد، على ما يأتي.
