(ويحرم بيعه) أي: جلد الميتة (بعد الدبغ) وإن قلنا يباح الانتفاع به في يابس؛ لأنه جزء من ميتة، فلا يكون قابلًا للعوض، عملًا بالنصوص الدالة على تحريم ثمنه وبيعه (كـ) ـما يحرم بيع جلد الميتة النجس (قبله) أي: قبل الدبغ، لما تقدم.
