(و) إن خالعته الأَمَة (بإذنه) أي: إذن السيّد (يصحّ) الخلع، كالبيع (ويكون العوض) الذي أذن لها في الخلع عليه (في ذِمته) أي: السيّد (كاستدانتها بإذنه) فيطالب به.
