(وإن قالتْ: طلِّقني بدينار، فطلَّقها، ثم ارتدّت) عن الإسلام (لزمها الدينار) بالطلاق (ووقع الطلاق بائنًا) لأنه على عوض (ولا تؤثر الرِّدَّة) فيه لتأخرها عنه.
